1. Strict No Refund Policy
At Gosotek, we maintain a Strict No Refund Policy. All sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and the service is delivered or accessed, we do not offer any refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We encourage our customers to review their orders thoroughly before proceeding to payment.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment schedule is as follows:
- 50% advance — due at project start
- 25% on submission — due upon project submission for review
- 25% before delivery/go-live — due before final delivery or go-live
Late fee: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any overdue invoices.
Invoice terms: Net 15 — all invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
